These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales concluded between any person (hereinafter “the Customer”) making a purchase through the Lolie website (hereinafter “the Seller”) and the company Lolie, operating as a sole proprietorship.
Confirming an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, without exception or reservation.

Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions define the procedures for distance selling between Lolie and the Customer — from order placement and payment to delivery and the right of withdrawal.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered are handmade jewelry. Each piece is unique or produced in small quantities. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect correspondence, particularly regarding colors, shapes, or materials, due to the artisanal nature of the products.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, under Article 293B of the French Tax Code), excluding delivery costs. Lolie reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed. Shipping fees are specified at checkout and vary depending on the delivery method and destination.
Article 4 – Orders
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the prices, product descriptions, and these Terms and Conditions. An order becomes final only after email confirmation. Lolie reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the Customer or if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. It can be made through the payment methods available on the website (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received. All transactions are secured through online payment platforms provided by Shopify (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal).
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer during checkout. Lolie cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery errors due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Estimated delivery times:
France: 2 to 10 business days
International: 7 to 30 business days
These delivery times are indicative only. Delays cannot give rise to refunds or compensation, except where required by law.
Article 7 – Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Jewelry must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Article 8 – Liability
Lolie cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage that may arise from the purchase of its products. Lolie shall not be liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations in cases of force majeure, disruptions, or strikes affecting postal or transport services, or in the event of natural disasters.
Article 9 – Personal Data
Personal data collected is necessary for order processing and management. It will never be shared or sold to third parties. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (January 6, 1978) and the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data.
