Refund policy

IMPORTANT:
You must contact Lolie to request a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending any item back.
Any item returned without prior authorization will be refused and sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Lolie Return Policy
If you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind:
You may return new, unworn products within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Worn or damaged products are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Custom-made or personalized items (such as rings) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
In that case, we will repair the defective item and send it back to you. No refunds will be issued for custom orders.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all components included.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the wrong product sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Return Process
Once we receive your package, we will inspect the returned items to ensure they are in perfect condition.
If everything is in order, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
If the returned product is damaged or used, the return will be refused, and we will contact you to arrange shipment of the item back to you at your expense.
The full return process usually takes 10–15 business days, as follows:
  • Package receipt: 7–10 business days
  • Inspection and processing: 2–3 business days
  • Bank refund processing: 1–2 business days
Important Note
If your jewelry has been worn or used but you notice an issue within 14 days of delivery, you may still be eligible for an exchange or repair under our Warranty Policy.
